Senior Care Worker – Domiciliary Care

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

• Provide direct supervision to our care team, including regular
supervisions and performance monitoring

• Support with rota management and staff allocation to maintain our
impressive 1-hour response time for non-emergency requests

• Conduct spot checks and observations to maintain our 95% client
satisfaction rate

• Participate in our comprehensive training program and help maintain our
99% certified care workers standard

Care Delivery & Assessment:

• Lead by example in delivering person-centered care

• Create and review personalized care plans using our Birdie Software
system

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and families, contributing to
our 85% retention rate

• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and our robust quality assurance
processes

Quality & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate documentation and confidential records

• Participate in our continuous improvement initiatives

• Support our safeguarding procedures and risk assessments

• Contribute to maintaining our exceptional service standards

Essential Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (or willing to work
towards – we provide full support)

• Proven experience in domiciliary care

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proficiency in using care management software (training provided on
Birdie system)

Working Pattern:

• 37 hours per week (50% care delivery, 50% office-based)

• Flexible rota including some weekends

• Participation in on-call rota
