1. What information do we collect about you?
We collect the information you supply when using this site, including on the registration form and when ordering products. If you request a specific service from us by submitting an enquiry by email or requesting a brochure we may ask you to submit information such as your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. We automatically capture the IP addresses (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) of visitors to the site which is automatically recognised by our web server. This information is used solely for statistical trend analysis and site traffic monitoring purposes.
2. How do we use your information?
This information we collect about you is used to process orders, for customer care, to generate aggregate statistics about our site visitors, to improve the content of our web pages, to administer this site and to send you information you have requested. If you consent we may also use your information to contact you by telephone, email or post from time to time about products, services, promotions or special offers that may be of interest to you. You can stop this happening at any time by contacting us.

We allow our payment service provider and other entities involved in the order, payment and shipment process (including credit / debit card issuers) to have your order details in order to process the payment and shipment of products ordered. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of Simpsons Florist Ltd or visitors to this site. Your information will at no time be issued to, or shared with any third party or other organisation not involved directly in the process of conducting your purchase transaction.

In line with GDPR guidelines, we delete all personal data associated with client orders as standard data policy 90 days after date of order. If for any reason you wish to request export of any personal information we hold about you, or you would like to request your personal data deleted prior to our standard retention period then please request this to firstname.lastname@example.org.
