Your Role:

As our deputy Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of care delivery and operational excellence. You’ll oversee:

• Daily operations and resource management
• Staff training and development programs
• Quality assurance and compliance
• Client satisfaction and care delivery standards Performance monitoring and improvement initiatives
• Provided support to the Registered Manager on a range of operational and administrative tasks.       

What You’ll Need:

•  5+ years healthcare management experience
•  Relevant healthcare management qualification
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations
• Excellence in team leadership
• Experience with care management software
• Previous experience in health care settings
• Management qualification (Degree or Level 6)
