Your Role:
As our deputy Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of care delivery and operational excellence. You’ll oversee:
- Daily operations and resource management
- Staff training and development programs
- Quality assurance and compliance
- Client satisfaction and care delivery standards Performance monitoring and improvement initiatives
- Provided support to the Registered Manager on a range of operational and administrative tasks.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years healthcare management experience
- Relevant healthcare management qualification
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations
- Excellence in team leadership
- Experience with care management software
- Previous experience in health care settings
- Management qualification (Degree or Level 6)
